Uber Update! Pricing Change Effective 10/31

Hey Uber Fans,

It’s already been one week since we launched – time flies, eh? 🙂 – and we’ve been busy Uber-ing you around the Twin Cities. We can’t thank you enough, early adopters, for riding with Uber and sending us your feedback!

After some number crunching and analyzing feedback from you, we’ve decided to reduce our minimum fare to $12.00! 

We know Minneapolians are constantly on the go, so we’re making it easier to Uber around town. Whether you’re crossing from Dinkytown to Uptown, or just need a quick trip to fill that Jucy Lucy fix, Uber is the reliable way to go for a quality trip, no matter the distance!

Now for the deets:

This pricing change is now in effect. Uber has reduced the minimum fare in the Twin Cities from $15.00 to $12.00.  Fares will still be $7.00 base, $3.25 per mile and $0.75 per minute.
