Let Us Make Your Commute a Little More Uber

It’s no secret that DC can be a commuter’s worst nightmare. Dealing with outrageous delays, clueless crowds, and sticky summer temps is enough to make any seasoned commuter feel a little rage by the time they finally step into the office.

While Metro works out the #RushPlus kinks, we want to make your commute a little more Uber. So get this:

We’re giving $5 off any one Uber ride during Rush Plus hours Tuesday through Thursday this week.

To avoid the Rush Plus mayhem and get your Uber on with your $5 discount, just apply promo code RUSHPLUS in the Uber app or on Uber.com. The discount will be automatically applied to your first rush hour Uber ride this week (6:30-9am, 3:30-6pm). Questions? Email me, Alex, at supportdc@uber.com.

  • This $5 promo is good for ANYONE, whether you just signed up or you’ve been riding since Day One, but is limited to rides in the DC service area.
  • The discount is valid for only one ride this week—but we’d be psyched to see you commute with us every day.
  • The promo is only valid during Rush Plus hours on Tuesday through Thursday, 6:30-9am and 3:30-6pm.
  • You must apply the promotion code (RUSHPLUS) before you take your ride to receive the discount.

Uber on, DC!
