Save Lives, Free Rides

It’s no secret it’s been cold here in Charlotte. But what you might not know is that last week’s severe winter weather prevented people from donating blood.

Snowy and icy conditions forced the Carolina Blood Services Region to cancel nearly all blood drives February 12 – 14, resulting in more than 3,100 uncollected blood donations. 29 blood drives alone were canceled here in Charlotte, creating a shortfall of more than 900 units.

Every two seconds someone needs blood. And just one donation can save three lives. So we’re providing free rides to and from area blood drives through the end of February.

Simply request a ride to or from these blood drives,
and that ride will be free. No promo codes required.
